Hilda Theresa Moss Martin

Hilda Theresa Moss Martin, 85, died on November 25, 2015,
in Beaumont. She was born January 19, 1930 to Leo and Dora Moss. Hilda
married John Baptist Martin in 1947 and then moved to Nederland in 1952. She
lived her last years in Beaumont.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Buzzingham, Delores
Hensley, Vanessa Bartz, Carleen Henderson, and Sharon Mathews; two sisters,
Edna Thibodeaux and Edith Gauthreaux; eleven grandchildren; and fifteen
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.B.
Martin; two sisters, Junice Moss Breaux and Odill Dugas; her brother, Lenes
Moss; and a grandson, Matthew Thomas Henderson.
A gathering of
Mrs. Martin’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.,
Friday, November 27, 2015, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November,
28, 2015, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont,
with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
The family would
