Mark
James Frasher, Sr., 90, of Kerrville, died Saturday, November 21, 2015. He was born on January 30, 1925, to Heloise
Downing and John Chester Frasher.
Mark
is survived by his wife, Annette Marie Frasher, of Kerrville; sons, Mark
William Frasher and his wife, Sarah Anne, of Beaumont and Tim Frasher and his
wife, Anna Marie, of Beaumont; daughter, Sigrid Lathrop and her husband, David,
of Round Rock; and grandchildren, Rebecca Frasher, Meredith Lathrop, Anne
Collette Frasher, and Ian Mark Frasher.
He
is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, J.C. Frasher, Julian Frasher,
and Bill Frasher.
A
Rosary for Mr. Frasher will be recited at 5:00 p.m., with a gathering to
follow, Friday, November 27, 2015, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00
a.m., Saturday, November 28, 2015, at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, 700
Jefferson Street, Beaumont, with a private family committal to follow at
Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
