Ramona Silvia Theriot Vaughan

Ramona Silvia Theriot Vaughan, aged 52, passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 6, 2015. Ramona was born in Germany on December 31, 1962.

She was a devoted homemaker, mother, and grandmother. She was a talented artist and enjoyed cooking for and spending time with her family. Ramona will be remembered as a person who always put others before herself despite her personal struggles. Her presence will be missed by family, friends, and all who knew her.

Ramona is survived by her husband of twenty six years, Horace English; her children, Brooks Vaughan, Taylor Vaughan and his wife, Amy, and Hayden English; her grandchildren, Liam Tucker Vaughan and Hayven G.S. English; her sisters, René Jones and her husband, Regan, Vicky St. John and her husband, Jay, and Heide Webb and her son Logan; her mother, Auguste "Gussie" Theriot as well as several close friends and relatives. She is predeceased by her father, Gerald Theriot, and her grandparents Ella and David Eger of Germany and Ida and Odio Theriot of Port Neches.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at Central Baptist Church, 4545 Hwy 73, Port Arthur.
