Romonia Thibodeaux, 80, of Beaumont,
died Tuesday, October 27, 2015. She was
born on April 2, 1935, in Opelousas, Louisiana, to Ludie Ledet and Roy Paul
LeDee
Romonia is survived by her husband
of fifty-eight years, Nelson Thibodeaux; brothers, Paul LeDee and his wife,
Janet; Nelson C. LeDee and his wife, Christina; and Mikel A. LeDee and his
wife; sisters, Linda Stanberry and her husband, Jonathan and Catherine LeDee
Benson; sister-in-law, Betty LeDee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her
parents; brothers, Fleming and Russell LeDee, and sister, Marie Jean LeDee
Chenier.
A gathering of Mrs. Thibodeaux’s
family and friends will begin at 8:00 a.m., with her Rosary recited at 9:30
a.m., Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic
Church, 4445 Avenue A, Beaumont. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic
Church, with her entombment to follow at Live Oak Memorial Park, Port Arthur.
