Scarlett Olivia Neusel
October 12, 2015 - October 12, 2015
Scarlett Olivia Neusel,
daughter of Maggie and Kit Neusel, of Austin, Texas, was born into heaven on
October 12, 2015. Scarlett was the
answer to her parents’ prayers, and they awaited her birth with joyful
expectation. But God meant for her
entire life here on earth to be lived in the sanctuary and loving comfort of
her mother’s womb. Her parents and
grandparents will always cherish the short time they had to hold her in their
arms, kiss her, tell her they love her, and marvel at her extraordinary beauty.
In addition to her parents, Scarlett is
survived by her sister, Madison Neusel; her paternal grandparents, Edward and
Sharon Neusel; her maternal grandparents, Judi Kamouie and Jimmie Parker; her
paternal great-grandfather, Ken Ruddy; and a host of aunts, uncles, and
cousins, all of whom love Scarlett immensely and share in her parents’
heartbreak.
We take comfort in
knowing that our little angel will be doted on in heaven by her great-grandparents,
MaMa, PaPa, Mama II, MawMaw, PawPaw, Granny, and Grandpa; her cousins, Mick and
Shawn; and her Uncle Fred.
A funeral service for Scarlett will be held at
10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue,
Beaumont, with a graveside service immediately following at Forest Lawn
Memorial Park, Beaumont.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that
donations be made in Scarlett’s name to CASA of Southeast Texas, 2449 Calder
Avenue, Beaumont, Texas 77702.
“Pain
and suffering have come into your life, but remember pain, sorrow, suffering
are but the kiss of Jesus – a sign that you have come so close to Him that He
can kiss you.” – Mother Teresa
