Elizabeth Lee Brooks,
22, of Beaumont, died Thursday, October 8, 2015, at Christus St. Elizabeth
Hospital, Beaumont. She was born on February 15, 1993, in Beaumont, to Marlana
Hood and Adam Brooks. Elizabeth was a college student and member of Calvary
Baptist Church, Beaumont.
Survivors include her
son, Keegan Brooks Bourquein of Beaumont; father, Adam Brooks also of Beaumont;
mother, Marlana Horton; brothers, Jason Blevins and Talyn Horton all of
Nederland; grandparents, Deborah Brooks and Roy Brooks of Beaumont; aunt, Joi
Weller and her husband, Todd, of Fannett; and cousins, Maci Weller and Trip
Weller.
She is preceded in
death by her grandfather, Roy Hood, Jr.
A gathering of
Elizabeth’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.,
Thursday, October 15, 2015, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her
funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 16, 2015, at Broussard’s,
with her interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
