Michael "Mike" Wayne Suire

Michael “Mike” Wayne Suire,
59, of Nederland, died Sunday, October 4, 2015. A native and lifelong resident
of the area, he was born on March 31, 1956, in Port Arthur, to Gertie Ruth
Savoy and Aldon Joseph Suire.
Mike retired from
Valero as an operator after thirty-six years of service. He enjoyed cooking,
fishing, hunting, and spending time at Lake Sam Rayburn. Mike also loved
playing his guitar and dancing. He will be remembered as a loving husband,
father, and Pops.
Survivors include his
wife of fifteen years, Donna Suire of Nederland; daughters, Mallory Pagan and
her husband, Anthony, of Baytown; Carly Block and her husband, Bryant “BK”, of
Port Neches; Karen Kent of Groves; and Andrea Morris of Houston; son, Thomas
Kent of Nederland; grandchildren, Devin, Mia, Coen, Cameron, Bryson, Weston,
and Gannon; brothers, Carl Suire of Nederland and Greg Suire and his wife,
Brenda, of Kingwood; and sister, Bobbie Ramirez and her husband, Ray, of Port
Arthur. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial gathering of
Mr. Suire’s family and friends will be 11:00 a.m., with his memorial service at
1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th
Street, Nederland. A private family committal was held at Broussard’s
Crematorium, Beaumont.
