Janis Gail Holland, 62, of
Kountze, died Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
She was born on May 24, 1953, in Port Arthur, to Alma Grantham Oubre and Edson Oubre. Janis was a registered nurse and attended Midway Baptist
Church in Kountze.
Survivors include her daughters,
Stacy Mendoza and her husband, Ismael, of Fannett and Jennifer Dobyns of George
West; and grandchildren, Kymberli Mendoza, Bryttani Mendoza, Keithen Dobyns,
and Cassidy Dobyns. She is preceded in
death by her parents; and stepfather, Leonard V. Curran.
Her committal will be held at
Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
