Eula Mae LeBlanc Richard, 88, of
Winnie, died Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Cypress Glen Nursing and
Rehabilitation, in Port Arthur. She was
born on April 22, 1927, in Gueydan, Louisiana, to Olive Gaspard and Joseph
Istre, and had been a longtime resident of the Winnie area.
Mrs. Richard is survived by
daughters, Merline LeBlanc Broussard and her husband, Shelton and Nelda LeBlanc
Feverjean and her husband, Manson; son, Ronald LeBlanc and his wife, Donna;
sister, Rita Istre LeBlanc; grandchildren, Keith Broussard; Dana Randall and
her husband, Corey; Gretchen Feverjean; Cory LeBlanc; and Kristen LeBlanc Farris
and her husband, Marc; and seven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by
parents; husband, Joseph Percy LeBlanc; and twelve siblings.
A gathering of Mrs. Richard’s family
and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with her Rosary recited at
7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Broussard’s. 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. A Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, at
St. Louis Catholic Church, 315
West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie, with interment to
follow at Fairview
Cemetery, Winnie.
