Cindy Crain, 55, of Nederland died Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, in Port Arthur. She was born on November 10, 1959, in Pasadena, to Ann Mayberry and Calvin Woods.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Troy Crain of Nederland; daughters, Shanna Ferguson of Kountze and Kayla Crain of Nederland; son, Michael Deemy of Groves; grandchildren, Ottisey Smith, Ricky Guillory, Faith Deemy, and Jaelynn Montgomery; great-grandson, Hayden Pantalion; brothers, Calvin Woods, Jr and Larry Woods, both of Birmingham, Alabama and Scott Woods of Orange.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ann Mayberry and Calvin Woods; and brothers, Wesley Woods and Ronnie Kent.

A gathering of Mrs. Crain’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday, June 19, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
