Georgia Fay Edmonds
February 21, 1923 - May 20, 2015
Georgia Fay Edmonds, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt,
and friend, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on May 20, 2015, at
the age of 92. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas, on February 21, 1923, to Jewel
and Martin Hinchey.
She is survived by daughter, Pat Bunyard and her husband, Bob; son,
Jerry Edmonds and his wife, Lynda; sisters, Ray Stephenson and Lavergne Silva;
grandchildren, Kathy Jolly, Chuck Edmonds, Brian Edmonds, Brad Edmonds, Robyn
Whitney, Debbie Pallone, and Patti Martin; fifteen great-grandchildren; two
great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Edmonds; sons, Charles
Edmonds and Bill Edmonds; sisters, Anna May Garrett and Alta Cobstoll; and
great-granddaughter, Kara Beth Whitney.
A graveside service for Mrs. Edmonds’ will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May
27, 2015, at West Lawn Cemetery, Henryetta, Oklahoma, under the direction of
Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma. Local
arrangements were handled by Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
