Felix "Bozo" Wayne Harrington

Felix Wayne “Bozo” Harrington, 68, of Crystal Beach, died
Saturday, May 9, 2015. He was born on February 19, 1947, in Beaumont, to Florence “Pete-O”
Falgout Harrington and Melvin “Squeaky” Lee Harrington. He was a lifelong
resident of the High Island and Winnie area, and was the former owner of Winnie
Boat Works. He was a fifty year life member of Pipefitters Local 211.
Bozo enjoyed flounder fishing, woodworking and dancing. He
enjoyed riding his golf cart at the beach with his dogs, Marley and Molly, and
especially spending time with friends from Ramada Beach.
Survivors include his wife of twenty-four years, Debbie
Harrington, of Winnie / Crystal Beach; sons, Rodney Harrington, of Anahuac and
Richard Harrington and his wife, Rosalie, of Thornton; daughter, Michelle Hardy
and her husband, Dan, of Loveland, Colorado; sisters, Sandy Dunn and her
husband, Jerry, of Lubbock and Robbie Melancon and her husband, Glenn, of
Hamshire; brother, Ronny Harrington and his wife, Cathy, of Fannett; and numerous
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of Mr. Harrington’s family and friends will
be from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Broussard’s, 134
West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday,
May 13, 2015, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery,
Winnie.
