Jamie Jo Rogers - Miekelson

Jamie Jo Rogers-Miekelson, 65, of Winnie, died Wednesday,
April 29, 2015 at Winnie Community Hospital, Winnie. She was born on March 5,
1950, in Beaumont, to Eugenia Lowe and Edward P. Miekelson. Jamie was always available to her friends and
family, whenever they were in need.
Survivors include her husband, Elmo Johnson of Winnie;
daughter, Chandra Lee Rogers of Palestine; sisters, Jonie Brevard and Jerie
Gore; brother, Edward Miekelson; numerous other family members and a host of
friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Angel;
and sons, Shawn and Brian.
A family committal was held for Ms. Rogers-Miekelson at
Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the directions of Broussard’s, 134
West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
