Kevin Wayne Huebel, 42, of Port Neches, died Sunday, April 26, 2015. He was born on December 9, 1972, in Port Arthur, to Mike and Barbara Huebel and had been a lifelong resident of the area.

Kevin enjoyed playing golf and hunting. He like watching football and NASCAR. Kevin loved spending time with his children and his dog, Piper. He especially loved fishing with his son and dancing with his daughter.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Jennifer Huebel; daughter, Macie Rae Huebel; and son, Reid Michael Huebel, all of Groves; parents, Barbara and Michael Huebel of Port Neches; brother, Chris Huebel and his wife, Elizabeth, Nederland; nephew, Andrew Huebel; and mother and father-in-law, Meredith and Robert Avilez.

A gathering of Mr. Huebel’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 1, 2015, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Huebel’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
