Robert Lee Riceman, 79, of Beaumont, died Friday,
April 3, 2015. He was born on July 9,
1935, in Rock Island, Illinois, to Anna Schachtsiek Riceman and
Ralph Riceman. Robert served his country
in the United States Marines during the Korean War. He later worked as a construction office
manager.
Survivors include his children,
Karen Riceman and her husband, David Horton, of Beaumont; Mark Riceman and his
wife, Stephanie, of Erin, Tennessee; Linda Krueger and her husband, Kevin, of
Vidor; Janice Marshall and her husband, Carl, of Lumberton; Brian Riceman of
Silsbee; and Laura Powell and her husband, Darrell, of Lumberton;
grandchildren, Kimberly Hastings, Michelle Eckley, Melissa Jacobo, Eric
Riceman, Lindsay Alverson, Adrienne Marshall, Alex Marshall, Dylan Powell,
Landan Powell, and Braydan Powell; six great-grandchildren; and siblings, Carol
Mitton, Kenton Riceman, James “Jim” Riceman, and Sally True. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife,
Marlene Janice Riceman; and siblings, Ronda Staubach, Noel Riceman, and Gale
Riceman.
Mr. Riceman’s graveside service
will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at R.S. Farmer
Memorial Park, Silsbee,
under the direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee.
