Joseph Allen Quibodeaux

Joseph Allen Quibodeaux, 86, of Nederland, died Monday, March 23, 2015, at Harbor Hospice House, Beaumont. He was born on August 21, 1928, in Church Point, Louisiana, to Adelina Thibodeaux Quibodeaux and Joseph Eddie Quibodeaux.

Joseph retired after thirty-eight years as a truck driver for Southern Pacific Transport. He was a member of Knights of Columbus #5145 and Teamstres Union.

Survivors include his son, Barry Quibodeaux and his wife, Lisa, of Lake Charles, Louisiana; daughter, Mary LeJune of Nederland; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly Quibodeaux; and siblings.

A gathering of Mr. Quibodeaux’s family and friends will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Broussard’s, Nederland, with interment to follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland.
