Phyllis Ann Pelt, 65, of Beaumont, died Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born on June 10, 1949, to Ruth Ann Cox Riggs and Frank Lavelle Riggs. Phyllis was a member of South Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Pelt; brother, Wayne Riggs of Gary; sister-in-law, Deborah Epperson and her husband, Nathan, of Kalispell, Montana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside service for Mrs. Pelt will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Village Mills Cemetery, Village Mills, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
