Duncan Lynn Fabriguze

Duncan Lynn Fabriguze, 53, of Hamshire, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 7, 2015. A native and lifelong resident of the area, he was born on April 2, 1961, in Hamshire, to Henrietta Ann Renkema Fabriguze and Duncan Fabriguze.

Lynn attended Hamshire-Fannett schools. He was a self-employed carpenter in the Hamshire area.

Survivors include his mother, Henrietta Fabriguze; step-children, Allen Williams and his wife, Kayla and LaDonna Williams; grandson, Colt Williams; brother, Donald Fabriguze and his wife, Leslie; sisters, Jo Anne Moulton and her husband, Johnnie and Salena Gilpin and her husband, Mike; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Duncan Fabriguze; and sister, Sabrena Fabriguze Watkins.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Tracy Craigen, Cindy Melancon, and New Century Hospice for their exceptional care for Lynn.

A gathering of Mr. Fabriguze’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Broussard’s, Winnie. Interment will follow at Fabriguze Family Cemetery, Devers.
