Roy Graham, Jr., 76, of Winnie,
died Tuesday, October 21, 2014. A native and lifelong resident of Winnie, he
was born April 23, 1938, to Nora Lee Boudreaux Graham and Roy Graham. Roy was retired from the pipeline industry as an
inspector.
Roy loved to do everything with horses. He was a real
cowboy who enjoyed reading western novels. Most of all, he enjoyed spending
time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his
daughters, Melinda Daigle of Winnie; Lura Cain and her husband, Alton, of
Hamshire; Joanie Turner of Winnie; and Stacie Graham of Winnie; grandchildren,
Megan Daigle, Sara Daigle, Traeger Daigle, Jake Cain, Jolee Daigle, Chance
Cain, Graeson Turner, and Whittley Turner; sisters, Annie Mae Flowers and her
husband, Tommy and Clara Graham, all of Winnie; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; wife, Lois Graham; and granddaughter, Tori Turner.
A
gathering of Mr. Graham’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00
p.m., Friday, October 24, 2014, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer, Winnie. His
funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2014, at Broussard’s,
with interment to follow at Fairview
Cemetery, Winnie.
We
