Marilyn Fay Arnold, 67, of Lumberton, died Friday,
October 3, 2014. She was born on July 7,
1947, in Beaumont,
to Hazel Reeves Roberts and Albert Roberts.
Survivors include her sister,
Arlyn Hollaway and her husband, Sammy, of Village Mills; brother, Alan Roberts
and his wife, Gloria, of Sugarland; nieces, Gretchen Hoffman and her husband,
David and Natalie Steffek and her husband, Shane, all of Sugarland; nephews,
Paul Kasper and his wife, Candice, of San Antonio; Neal Roberts of Houston; and
Brett Johnson and his wife, Mallory and Jeremy Hollaway, all of Austin; and
great-nephews, Dean and Dalton Hoffman, of Sugarland. She is preceded in death by her parents;
brothers, Marcus Roberts and Byron Fine; and sister, Nina Gatewood.
Her committal was held at
Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
