Beatrice "Bea" Klages

Beatrice “Bea” Klages, 81, of Beaumont, died Friday,
September 12, 2014 at The Arboretum of Winnie.
She was born on January 9, 1933, in Port Arthur, to Adelia Elsa Steglich
and Alton Parker Crawford, and had been a longtime resident of the Beaumont
area.
Bea was a mom, first of all, who enjoyed gardening, reading
and bingo. She was a retired engineer for Southwestern Bell.
She is survived by daughters, Deanna Domingue Louvier and
her husband, John, of Dunnsville, Virginia; Gina Mouton of Baton Rouge,
Louisiana; and Lisa Klages of Sour Lake; son, Kirk Klages and his wife, Denise,
of China; grandchildren, Mollie Klein, Jeremy Klages, Breann Klages, Dylan
Klages, Jessica Lemley, Khira Marrionneaux and Lorin Wisko;
great-grandchildren, Travis, Maranda and Jordon Grantham; Alyssa Klages,
Trinden Marrionneaux, Mark and Paige Lemley.
Mrs. Klages was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene
Fredrich Klages; parents; and son, Mark Klages.
A gathering of Mrs. Klages’ family and friends will be from
5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 15, 2014, at Broussard’s, 134 West
Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her funeral will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 16,
2014, at Hope Lutheran Church, 1322 9th Street, Winnie, with
interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial
