Jessie Martinez Flores Rodriguez

Jessie M. Flores Rodriguez, 89, of
Beaumont, died Tuesday, July 28, 2014, at College Street Health Care Center in
Beaumont. Born on December 24, 1924, in
Weimar, Texas, she was the daughter of Felicia Martinez and Jose Flores. She
was a resident of Silsbee for forty years before moving to Beaumont and resided
for sixteen years at College Street Health Care Center.
She is survived by her daughter, Cecelia
Albright and her husband, Stephen, of Beaumont; son, David Rodriguez, Jr. of
Beaumont; brother, Daniel Flores of Baytown; grandson, Joseph W. Rodriguez;
sister-in-law, Shirley Valdez of Beaumont; numerous nieces, nephews, and other
loving family members. Jessie was
preceded in death by her husband, David Rodriguez, Sr.; parents; grandson,
Steven D. Albright; sisters, Mary Ramirez, Romona Vargas, Josephine Tobias,
Alice Hernandez and Concepcian Gonzalez; and brothers, Joe Flores and Pablo
Flores.
Jessie was a loving mother, wife,
grandmother, sister and friend. She was
loved by all.
A Rosary for Mrs. Rodriguez will be
recited 6:00 p.m., Wednesday evening, July 30, 2014, at Broussard’s, 2000
McFaddin, Beaumont. A graveside service
will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Resthaven Cemetery, 310 Avenue
G, Silsbee.
