Barbara Marie Eaves, 74, of Buna,
died Monday, July 14, 2014. She was born
on December 10, 1939, in Kountze, to Irene Laird Anderson and Thomas Jefferson
Anderson.
Survivors include her children,
Lois Williams and her husband, Prentice; Robert Eaves, Jr. and his wife, Diane;
Jo Ellen Eaves; and Carlos Eaves and his wife, Melissa, all of Buna; Ada Smith
and her husband, James, of Orange;
and Bradley Eaves and his wife, Jodi, of Buna; twelve grandchildren; eighteen
great-grandchildren; nine brothers; and two sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents;
husband, Robert L. Eaves, Sr.; five brothers; one sister; and daughter-in-law,
Lisa Gail Eaves.
A gathering of Mrs. Eaves’ family
and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2014,
at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road,
Silsbee. Her funeral service will be
2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Central Baptist Church, 33814 U.S. Hwy
96 South, Buna, with interment to follow at Eaves Family Cemetery, CR 826,
Gist.
