Lois Elaine Robinson, 85, of Nederland, died
Thursday, June 12, 2014, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur.
She was born on July 4, 1928, in Pineville, Louisiana, to Ola and Dan McKeever.
She is survived by her children, Lee W. Robinson
Jr. and his wife, Betty, of Brookeland; Stephen E. Robinson and his wife, Kay,
of Fannett; and Jeanne Belaire and her partner, Sandi Kramer, of San Antonio;
grandchildren, Cindy Bienvenu and her husband, James; Diana Richard and her husband,
Allen; Suzanne Veit and her husband, Jeremy; Lee W. “Robby” Robinson III and his
wife, Dana; Grant Belaire and his wife, Elizabeth; Jessika Neal and her husband, Shane; Stephen E. “Bucky” Robinson
Jr.; and Jennifer Robinson; fourteen great-grandchildren; two
great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl McKeever and his wife, Velma and John
McKeever and his wife, Delores; and sister-in-law, Myra McKeever.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of
sixty-one years, Lee W. Robinson, Sr.; and brother, C.G. “Bud” McKeever.
A gathering of Mrs. Robinson’s family and friends
will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Broussard’s,
505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 11:00
a.m., Monday, June 16, 2014, at First United Methodist Church, 123 North 13th
Street, Nederland, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park,
Beaumont.
