Kristy Kay Briggs, 45,
of Port Neches, died Monday, June 9, 2014, at The Medical Center of Southeast
Texas, Port Arthur. She was born on December 11, 1968, to Marie and John Gibson,
and had been a long time resident of the area.
Kristy enjoyed reading
and loved being a wife and a mother.
She is survived by her
husband of twenty years, Jeremy Briggs of Port Neches; daughter, Caitlin
Brienne Gibson; son, Daniel John Briggs; and sister, Kathy Fussell.
A committal for Mrs.
Briggs will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 11, 2014, at Broussard’s
Crematorium, 5150 Stivers, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505
North 12th Street, Nederland.
