Don Lemke, Jr., of
Nederland, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at The Medical Center of Southeast
Texas, Port Arthur. He was born September 2, 1959, in Beaumont, to Dottye
Myrtle Johnson and Don Lemke, Sr, and had been a long time resident of the
area.
Don enjoyed auto
racing, 4-wheeling, hunting, and fishing. He was always working or fixing
something, and loved to be in the company of his friends.
Don is survived by his
wife, Teresa Lemke of Nederland; son, Don Neveria Lemke III of Nederland;
stepdaughters, Holly Terrell and Haley Terrell, both of Bridge City; stepson,
Ryan Terrell of Nederland; mother, Dottye Lemke of Nederland; and sister, DeLea
Lemke of Cozumel, Mexico.
A gathering of Mr.
Lemke’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. with his funeral service to
follow at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th
Street, Nederland. His committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
