Wanda "Chink" Mae Hebert

Wanda Mae “Chink” Hebert, 84, of
Galena Park, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at LBJ Medical Center in Houston. She
was born on November 23, 1929, in Beaumont, to Anna Mae Richard Hebert and
Whitney H. Hebert. Wanda had been a longtime resident of the Winnie area,
before moving to Galena Park.
Ms. Hebert is survived by
nephews, Joe Hilton and his wife, Pat, of Ballwin, Missouri; H. Warren Hilton
and his wife, Sheila, of Galena Park; Randy Hilton of Galena Park; and Michael
Hebert of California; longtime friend and companion, Bethy Myers of Galena
Park; also numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her
parents; sister, Mary Loraine Hilton; and brother, Albert Hebert.
A gathering of Ms. Hebert’s family and friends will
begin at 12:00 p.m., with her funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Monday,
May 12, 2014, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Interment will
follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie
