Bonnie Bee Rutledge, 74, of Beaumont, died Wednesday,
April 23, 2014. She was born on January
15, 1940, in Silsbee, to Emma Ferguson Eddings and George Eddings. Bonnie was a cook for Beaumont Independent
School District. She attended Voth Baptist
Church and loved Cajun
music.
Survivors include her husband,
James Rutledge, Sr.; children, James Rutledge, Jr. and his wife, Kathy, of
Kountze; Lloyd Rutledge of Beaumont; and Penny Clark and her husband, Rodney,
of Orange; and grandchildren, Jason Richardson, Christopher Rutledge and his
wife, Tracy; Autumn Goins; Amber Berryhill and her husband, Jeremy; Justin
Rutledge and his wife, Amanda; Colton Audilet; Caleb Clark; Caitlyn Clark; Ryan
Rutledge; Jessica Spivey and her husband, Nathan; and Emmaly Rutledege; and
great-grandchildren, Jensen Rutledge, Justine Rutledge, Kason Rutledge, Ty
Spivey, Morgan Rutledge, McKenzie Rutledge, Caleb Rutledge, Ashton Richardson,
Madison Richardson, Baileigh Goins, Harleigh Goins, Presleigh Goins, Aubrey
Berryhill, Ashlyn Berryhill, and Abrianna Berryhill. She is preceded in death by her parents; and
brothers, Elton Eddings, George Eddings, and Huey Pete Eddings.
A gathering of Mrs. Rutledge’s
family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 26,
2014, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery
Road, Silsbee.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 27, 2014, at
Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Cunningham Cemetery,
Silsbee.
