Bobby Lynn Adams, 72,
of Lumberton, died April 15, 2014. He was born on September 28, 1941, in Vidor,
to Mamie Lola Wacasey Adams and Osborn Adams. A longtime resident of the
area, Bobby had served his country in the United States Army and had worked
twelve years for the Beaumont Water Department.
Survivors include his
wife, Clair Adams of Lumberton; son, John Adams and his wife, Angelique, of
Beaumont; grandchildren, Sophia Adams, Xavier Wales, and Armand Wales;
great-granddaughter, Ashlyn Wales; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for
Mr. Adams will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 25, 2014, at Broussard’s, 2000
McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A family committal was held at Broussard’s
Crematorium, Beaumont.
