Carl Henry “Hank” Bruce, 55, of
Hamshire, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014. He was born on March 26, 1958, in
Petaluma, California, to Constance Ann Flanders and Richard Louis Bruce. Hank
owned and operated Hamshire Tire and Auto for many years.
Survivors include wife, Geri
Arthur of Hamshire; daughter, Heather Bruce of Monarch, North Dakota;
grandchildren, Mark “Popeye” Madigan II
of Kyle; mother, Connie Myers of Lexington, South Carolina; sisters,
Annette Masi of Lexington, South Carolina and Yvette Ballard of Kirbyville;
brothers, Joseph Bruce of Alvord; Ricky Bruce of Hamshire and Robert Bruce of Fannett; and numerous
nieces and nephews.
A committal will be held
for Mr. Bruce at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of
Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
