Howard Middleton Glaze, 59, of Kountze, died Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
Survivors include his children, Ricky Glaze and Kathleen Glaze, both of Sour Lake; and one grandson, W. Justice Lord, of Sour Lake.
A memorial service for Mr. Glaze will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2014, at 855 Nevada Street, Sour Lake. His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
