Janie Faye Bruce, 26, of
Bleakwood, died Wednesday, December 4, 2013.
She was born on November 24, 1987, in Beaumont, to Margaret Angline Jackson Bruce
and Samuel Mark Bruce.
Survivors include her children,
Paris Nevaeh Carroll and Paizley Ever Sanders; fiancé, Jesse Solly of
Bleakwood; parents, Angie and Mark Bruce of Buna; brothers, Sam Bruce and his
fiancée, Brittany Stout, of Silsbee and John Bruce of Buna; grandparents, Helen
and Gervis Carrel of Hamilton; and mother and father-in-law, Rachel and Joe
Solly of Bleakwood. She is preceded in
death by her grandparents, Alvarin and Arnold Jackson; Molly and Wesley Ensign;
Pete Bruce; and John Brannon.
A gathering of Janie’s family and
friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2013, at
Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road,
Silsbee. Her funeral service will be
2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow
at Antioch Cemetery, Buna.
