Rest In Peace my sweet uncle Van.
In time, the heart heals, leaving us with memories--not of our sorrow, but of the love we have known. You will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved you. I love you too. Bonnie

While I'm not there in body, I'm there in spirit, and my heart cries. I weep for my loss and I love you so much. I struggle with the words, but I wish I could have spent the time to say good bye as you start your new journey. Bless your heart, I wish I were there by you to say good bye as God takes you home. Your Sweet Sister, Bernice.

I'm so sorry I wasn't able to have seen you more often, Uncle Van. You were my favorite uncle, and I will truly miss your presence in this family. You were an inspiration to all who knew you to the vitality of spirit. Rest easy in God's hands, my darling.
