We are so sad to hear of Rachel's passing. Mom & I just found out a few days ago, & we could not believe it. Rachel was always so sweet, no matter what happened in life, she had a smile for you. She will be missed. We are praying for you all. Love, Melinda Decaney & the Culver family.
