Maria Sfaelos, 78, of Winnie died Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at the Arboretum of Winnie. A native of Greece, she was a resident of Winnie for two and a half years.
Survivors include daughter, Angelika Sfaelos of Beaumont; sons, Kostatinos “Gus” Sfaelos and wife Heather, Danny Sfaelos and wife Cindy of Danbury, Connecticut, and Jimmy Sfaelos of Boise, Idaho; sister, Anthanasia Damas of Danbury, Connecticut; one brother of Greece; niece, Gina Dwonetski and nephew, George Damas of Danbury, Connecticut; grandchildren, Andrew Thomas Sfaelos and Ashley Esther Sfaelos. Her husband, Andrew Sfaelos and son, Gregory Sfaelos, precede her in death.
A memorial service was held earlier in Danbury, Connecticut with family and friends.
Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
