Mary “Bernie” Gilbert, 54, of Sour Lake, Texas, died Friday, October 15, 2004 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Broussard’s, 700 W. Saratoga, Hwy, Kountze, Texas 77625, with Reverend Bill Fabriguze officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Houston. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, October 19, 2004 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
A native of Houston, Texas, she lived in Sour Lake for 3 years and was a Bank Teller for Citizens Bank in Sour Lake.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Elise Cole of Bridge City; grandchildren, Joshua Dry, Sean Cole, and Lorayne Cole; sisters, Melody Nicholson and her husband Howard of Manhattan, Kansas, Michelle Teter and her husband Bill of Thicket, Danielle Holloway and her husband Bob of Alvin, and Stephanie Gilbert and her husband Sean of Taos, New Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.
