Hesta Mae Budwine, 85, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.
A native of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Hesta had lived in this area since age 2. She married Alcide Peter Budwine March 27, 1938, and was employed as a Bookkeeper with May Supply Co. Hesta was a great cook, and enjoyed the symphony, dancing, and travel.
Survivors include her husband, Alcide Budwine of Beaumont; daughter, Janis Budwine and her husband James of Beaumont; grandson, Andrew Jeffrey Walker and his wife Michelle of Beaumont; and three great grandchildren, Darian Matthew Walker, Aaron Heston Walker and Ashley Neolle Walker.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 9, 2004 at St. Anne Catholic Church, with burial following at Magnolia Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A Christian Vigil will be 7:00 p.m. Friday evening, October 8, 2004 at the mortuary.
