I am so sorry to here of Mr.Velasco's passing. I worked for Ronnie Cole who had his own Vacuum truck and pipe cleaning company in Union Oil from 1977 to 1984. I beleive Mr. Velasco was already working there when I first met him.. We all respected him as he was a fine down to earth person. We spoke on mini occassions as we worked right along side him and his crews many times. I never met a finer Man. My prayers and thoughts are with Mr. Velasco and his familly. With respect, Gerald Furry
