In Loving Memory
Leslie Jayne Maxwell-Hyatt, 52, of Beaumont died Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Mrs. Maxell-Hyatt was the administrator of Beaumont Health Care Center for the past two years.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; daughters, Amber June Hyatt and Lisa Hyatt; grandchildren, Gabe Chapple and Kai Hyatt.
Her memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
Everyone that has ever known Leslie or could call her
"my friend"...has been touched by her kind spirit and will be missing this wonderful woman.
May her family find peace during this sad time in all of our lives.
We join with other residents of Beaumont Health Care who wish to bring you consolation during your time of grief. May the precious memories of your loved one, Leslie, be a comfort to you now. It's been said that "the passing time can never fade all the special memories made; loved ones never really part, for they live inside your heart."
May it be an added source of comfort to you at this time to know that others care and know that she will be missed in Beaumont.

Heartfelt condolences go out to the family. May you find some comfort during these difficult times. It's been many years since I've seen Leslie, but the memories I have of her are cherished. God Bless you in your time of grief and know heaven has a very special angel looking over you all.
