Mr. Porter was a role model, and like a second Dad to me growing up. John , we share so many great memories
"hanging out" with you're mom and dad in our teens. We played many a game of cards in your Mom's kitchen, and your Dad enjoyed having us being there. I share your sadness, and I am so thankful for having your Dad 's influence in my life. I love you Buddy!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I know Mahlon will be truly missed. I am so thankful Mahlon came into my mothers life after the passing of their spouses. For them to have all know each other since the were kids was just a wonderful thing. Thinking of all of you at this time. LeeAnne Walker
