Sis, I love you I love you I love you! You were a best friend and a wonderful big sister and an incredible mom to Mark, Madison, and Grant. I look up to you and I'm thankful for all the memories I have of us! I loved hearing you say Amen after I read psalms 23 and watching you smile when you were with Leah. I can only imagine the smiles you have now. I know you are wrapped in his arms and healed in heaven! Save a place for me so we can rejoice together. Until then I love u and will think of u everyday! SISTERS FOREVER!!!

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

May God lead you, guide you, and comfort you in all that you do. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer. Even though we were only 8 months apart April Eddy you will always hold a special place in my heart!!

I am so sorry to hear of April's passing. I have very fond memories of growing up around your family. Your family always welcomed me, April included. Like Betsy mentioned, I remember riding around with April, her carting Mel and the gang around to some type of sports function, a school event, or to a youth group function and never once complaining about her having to "deal" with us. I remember April as a very dedicated and awesome volleyball player, and I remember sports being a big part of the Eddy family. I remember April as a a big sister many of Melissa's friends (myself included) looked up to. She is now in a better place and God is taking good care of her. She leaves behind beautiful children, and I pray that God also takes good care of them as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, and please do let me know if there is anything you or your families need. Prayers to all of you.

I am very thankful that I got to know April better when she allowed me to keep her precious little Grant at my child facility. I loved her smile and humor. I always enjoyed the long talks and her optimistic attitude. My sincere condolence to all the family.

I knew of April through Marilyn Harrell. I know she will deeply be missed among her family and friends. My prayers are we each one of you.

I just heard the news yesterday and my heart has been broken. I know its been years since I have seen you but April and I were the best of friends back in Westwood Dr days. She was the girl that I wanted to be just like, the girl that I looked up to. I have so many wonderful memories of her. Sleep overs, swimming, torchering our siblings, laughing, crying, so many memories I will forever cherish. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I cant wait to meet her again in heaven. God needed another beautiful angel to watch over us.

Our heartfelt sympathy reaches out to those closest to April. We will continue to cherish our fond memories of April and her sisters/cousin giggling as children when we would visit with all of our sons, their "boy cousins." And the wonderful memories made at family weddings! April always sparkled and smiled. Now, heaven is more real as we imagine the reunion with family and friends that have been waiting for her. Where do i begin...i am VERY SORRY for the loss of your daughter, but KNOW she is resting NOW with her LORD JESUS CHRIST. I am thankful for the memories that i have and i am a BETTER PERSON because of her. I can HONESTLY say that the EDDYS are partly responsible for any and ALL of my success in COACHING and in LIFE.....April invited me to go to the 1989 ploayoff game between Exeter & BHS, we LOST... but i was hooked and wanted to repersent EXETER for life!!!!!!!!!!THANK you for basically planting that seeed thats helped me to this day and also for raising such a GREAT daughter and FRIEND. MY thoughts and prayers will be with you and all of those who loved her....

April was a young woman of courage and determination whose resilience and tenacity provided those around her with a model of how to embrace life; its joys and its sorrows. She was blessed with a loving family, friends and community that surrounded her with opportunities to develop a sense of confidence and safety as she grew into the young woman she became. This same loving family, friends, and community of prayer warriors never left Aprl's side; what a gift of love and a testimony to April and the lasting impact she has had on so many lives.
May the pain subside and be replaced with the peace of knowing that she is forever young again and laughing with the angels.

I am so sorry to hear about April's death. I did not know her personally but from reading all of the wonderful words that were written about her and her faith from friends and family members, I can only imagine what a sweet angel she was. We remember April as a courageous and committed wife, mother, and finally as a patient. She stood steadfast in all the challenges that faced her, a model not often seen today. Those attributes will be the legacy of which April will be most remembered. I hope that those of us that she leaves behind will be as committed and live by the model she set as we cherish her memory. But for now, we wish her a peaceful rest.

Our children-Bryce, Carissa & Derek-have great memories of time spent with their cousins, April, Melissa & Allyson, on trips to Exeter while they were growing up. Mark and Diana, we cannot imagine your loss but we know the faithful love of April's family and friends sustained her over the years. Now the struggle is over and she is in the hands of our faithful & loving Lord. We are grateful along with you for that.

From our side...this sucks. From April's viewpoint, I'm sure she wouldn't want to come back here. She rests in paradise now with Jesus. She is free. Free of all burden. I personally didn't know her family too well, and I couldnt imagine the pain. I am so sorry this has happened. My heart hurts for you...all of you. We can all rest assured that she is in the arms of Jesus and with all of the others who have fallen asleep in Christ before her. Heavenly Father, bless this family. Bless us all as we mourn the loss of April. Send your angels to strengthen the family. Show Yourself to them. We pray that God will grant peace to those who will miss her presence here on earth but we have the reassurance that we will see her again in Heaven.
