PEGGY AND I WERE BRIDGE PLAYING ACQUAINTANCES AND ENJOYED MANY MUTUAL PURSUITS. SHE WAS A FORMIDABLE BRIDGE PLAYER, AN ELEGANT FASHIONABLE PRESENCE AND IT WAS A PLEASURE TO BE IN HER COMPANY. SHE ENTERTAINED MANY OF US WITH MEMORIES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF HER MULTIPLE JEWELRY COLLECTION, AS WELL AS AFFECTIONATE PRAISE FOR THE GIFTS FROM HER HUSBANDS. LOVE FOR HER FAMILY WAS ALWAYS UPPERMOST AND I KNOW SHE WILL BE MISSED BY YOU. WITH SYMPATHY, SUE PATTERSON
