Lottie Broussard, age 75, passed away Friday, September 3, 2004. She was born November 12, 1928 in Raymondville, TX and had been a resident of Port Arthur for the past 30 + years.
A gathering of family and friends was from 5-8 pm, Saturday, September 4, 2004 at Broussard’s Mortuary 50512th. St. Nederland, TX. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, September 5, 2004 at Broussard’s Chapel in Nederland with Reverend James D. Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, in Port Neches.
Lottie is survived by one son, Larry Witt of Houston; two daughters, Debra Moore of Port Arthur, and Patty Moore and husband, keith of Marshall, ARK; two sisters, Faye Troppy and husband, Herman of Raymondville, TX and Bunnie O’neil and husband, Freddy of Magnolia, TX; one brother, Ray Passmore of Harlingen, TX. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Michael Blackwell and Alisha, Jody Blackwell and Theresa, Bryan Moore, Christina Valentine and Nick, Billy Bailey, Jonathan Fowler and Terry Moore and Christy; along with eleveen great grandchildren
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Michael Blackwell, Jody Blackwell, Bryan Moore, Bill Bailey, Jonathan Fowler, and Terry Moore.
