John H. Beck, 72, of Beaumont, died Saturday, August 28, 2004 at his residence. A native of Buffalo, New York, he resided in Beaumont since 1967 and was a Chemical Engineer for B.F. Goodrich.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Beck of Beaumont; son, Charles Beck and spouse Jo Ann of Richmond; daughter, Lori Beck and spouse Kelly O’Brien of Beaumont; mother, Helen F. Prange of Beaumont; five grandchildren, Julia of Richmond, Jennifer of Walnut Creek, CA, Virginia of Richmond, Elizabeth of Beaumont and Katherine of Beaumont.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 2, 2004 at Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday evening, September 1, 2004 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
