Antoinette “Annette” Cecilia Danna, 88, of Beaumont, born December 12, 1915 to Angelo and Jennie Chirafis, died Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at Dubuis Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Dallas and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was a member of the Sacred Heart League, Catholic Daughters of America, St. Joseph’s Altar Society, the secretary of St. Joseph’s Women’s Club and a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Jeanine Brown and her husband Paul of Garland, Mary Lucy Polite and her husband Joe of Charlotte, NC, Margaret Coco and her husband Joe of Beaumont, Anthony Kirwin Danna, Jr. and his wife Barbara of West, and Debbie Guynes and her husband Larry of Friendswood,; grandchildren, Michael Brown, Charlotte Sadler, Sheri Stanford, Dana Bernstein, Joey Brown, Lori Polite, Steve Polite, Stacie Levi, Joseph F. Polite, Jr., Gina Marie Mears, Amy Lynn Meaux, Sam Joseph Coco, Donna Ferguson, Angie Foster, Anthony Kirwin Danna, III, Jarad Michael Guynes, Megan Guynes, and Katie Guynes; sisters, Mary Jo Canizaro and Rose Nell Seymour; twenty five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony K. Danna, Sr. and brothers, Sam Chirafis, John Chirafis, Louis Chirafis and Kelly Chirafis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 28, 2004 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening August 27, 2004 at 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
