Rest in peace, fellow Chief. Turns out you were my Grandfather's (Edwin Joseph Roy) nephew. I appreciate your service and I currently serve as a Chief Petty Officer in the U. S. Navy. Your nephew (and therefor my cousin) Richard serves with me. I wish you fair winds and following seas on your eternal patrol.
