To the White Family,
My heartfelt sympathy for your family. I stumbled on
Rex's online memorial and was saddened to learn of your loss. I knew Rex's sister well always sitting by her in alpha order in school. My brother Larry is Rex's age and I'm sure they were alpha neighbors as well. The family lived next door to my childhood church. He was way too young to be taken from his family and surely missed. My best to the entire family.

Family of Rexell White:
I heard of Rexell's death just last night and was so very upset to hear the news. I remember him but did not know him personally, but my brother, Hughes Maddux went to school with him and knew him. I completely understand the pain that you are going through as I lost my brother Hughes the same way in 1994. My deepest sympathies are with you all and may God help and comfort you in this painful time.

Rex was a great man, coach, and loving father. He served as a baseball coach and more to myself and my friends from the time we were old enough to play tee-ball. He never failed to include those of us without close families in his family's activities. Myself and several others spent many weekends and whole summers in the pool at the White home or on the lake fishing and tubing with Rex and friends. I hadn't seen Rex in quite awhile when I got the news of his passing, but I will remember him. My deepest sympathies to his family.
