Dwight Elliott Cochran, 57 years, of Port Arthur passed away, Friday, April 30, 2004.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5-8 pm Thursday, May 6, 2004 at Broussard’s Mortuary 505 12th. St. Nederland, TX. Graveside Services and Interment will be at 2:30 pm Friday, May 7, 2004 at Houston National Cemetery in Houston with Reverend Robert Turnage officiating.
Dwight was born February 7, 1947 in Beaumont, TX and had been a lifelong resident of the mid-county area. He was formerly employed with Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. as a truck driver, and was a member of Victory Temple Church in Beaumont.
Survivors include his mother, Claudia Cochran of Beaumont; three brothers, Paul James Cochran of Rosepine, LA, John J. Cochran and John Mark Cochran both of Nederland; three sisters, Dolly Tyson, Paula DeDemonico, and Gloria Cochran all of Nederland. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
