Gladys Wilcox, 78, of Beaumont, died Sunday, August 15, 2004 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.
A native of China and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was a long time member of the Eastern Star.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Wilcox, Sr.
She is survived by her sons, Robert P. Wilcox, Jr. and his wife Rita of Houston and Billy Wilcox and his wife Elizabeth of Beaumont; daughter, Gloria Norton and her husband John of Nome; grandchildren, Johnny Norton, Chris Norton, Tres Wilcox, Jason Wilcox and Matthew Wilcox; great-grandchildren, Hailey Norton and Sarah Norton; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday evening, August 17, 2004 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
