Cavin Viator, Sr., 55 of Nederland, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009.
A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at Broussard’s in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will begin the same evening at 6:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
A native of Port Arthur, Texas, Cavin has been a lifelong resident of Nederland. He enjoyed fishing, loved his grandmothers Tea Cakes, would do anything for all, and would give anyone the shirt from his back if he believed they really needed it. Most of all he loved his family, and enjoyed the time he could be with them.
He was preceded in death by his father Pat Viator.
Surviving Cavin is his daughter, Brandy Ellis (James); son, Patrick Viator (Kim); mother, Wanda Viator; grandchildren, P.J., Savannah, Josh, Amy and Matthew; sisters Kimmi Stanley (Ken), Cherie Sherman (Mike); brothers, Derik Viator (Becky), Perry Viator; 6 nieces and 2 nephews.
